Terms of service.

Last updated · July 15, 2026

These terms cover your use of the Running Fox Digital website (the "Site"), operated by Running Fox Digital LLC ("Running Fox Digital," "we," "us"), based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. They are separate from any project agreement — paid engagements are governed by the specific written contract we sign with you, not by this page.

Using this Site

You are welcome to browse and share this Site. Please do not attempt to disrupt or misuse it, gain unauthorized access to any non-public area (such as the private, code-protected client pages), or use it in any way that breaks the law or infringes someone's rights.

Our content

The design, code, copy, and imagery on this Site belong to Running Fox Digital or are used with permission. You may link to the Site; please do not copy substantial parts of it as your own without asking.

Project work

Anything you engage us to build is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, price, timeline, ownership, and warranties. Nothing on this Site is itself an offer or a contract for services.

Signing an agreement electronically

If we work together, you may be asked to sign our services agreement electronically — by typing your full legal name and clicking to sign on a private, code-protected page we send you a one-time link to. Doing so is intended to have the same legal effect as a handwritten signature under applicable electronic-signature law (in the United States, the ESIGN Act and UETA), and by signing you confirm you have authority to sign for your business. We keep a copy of the exact agreement you signed, along with a tamper-evidence fingerprint and the details of the signing (see the matching section in our Privacy Policy). If a signing link stops working, ask us and we will send a fresh one.

Scheduling and calls

Booking an intro call through this Site reserves a time to talk; it is a request to meet, not a paid engagement or a commitment to any work. If you cannot make it, please reschedule or cancel using the links in your confirmation email so we can free the time for someone else. If you miss a call without letting us know, we may not rebook it automatically. We may occasionally need to move or cancel a call from our side; if we do, we will let you know at the email address you booked with.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or privacy policies.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components, and we disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Running Fox Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Site itself will not exceed USD $100. This section does not limit any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. (Liability for paid project work is governed instead by the services agreement we sign with you.)

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version, and continued use of the Site after a change means you accept it. Questions? Email hello@runningfoxdigital.com.
