A single home base for the whole ballclub.
A custom site for a 501(c)(3) youth-baseball org — every team's schedule wired to GameChanger, and a sponsorship funnel that turns local support into signed sponsors.

A youth ballclub has to speak to two crowds at once: the families who need to know where the team plays next, and the local businesses it's asking to back a season. Bombers Baseball — a 501(c)(3) youth organization — needed both of those to live in one place, and we built a custom site to hold them.
The site is organized the way the club is. Each graduating class has its own space — Team 2033 and Team 2035 — with dedicated Spring and Fall schedule pages listing the tournaments, dates, and cities, wired to GameChanger so families follow the season on the tool they already use.
The home page leads with the mission — "Road To Omaha" — and points straight at the ask. Behind it sits a proper sponsorship funnel: a Sponsors overview, a per-team "Sponsor Us" page, and a purpose-built "Become a Sponsor" form that captures a business's details and its logo. A local company can go from interested to signed up without an email thread or a paper form.
Custom-built in Next.js and running on Vercel, it puts the season and the sponsorship pipeline under one roof — one home base for the whole club.
Challenge
The goal was to give a volunteer-run 501(c)(3) one place that serves three audiences at once: the players and families who need to know where the team plays next, and the local businesses the club invites to sponsor a season. Youth sports and fundraising usually scatter across a dozen tools; the brief was to pull the season and the sponsorship ask into a single site — and to make backing the team as simple as filling out a form.
Approach
We built a custom site in Next.js, organized around how the club actually runs. Each graduating class gets its own space — Team 2033 and Team 2035 — with dedicated Spring and Fall schedule pages listing tournaments, dates, and cities, wired to GameChanger so families follow the season where they already are. The home page leads with the club's mission — "Road To Omaha" — and points straight at the ask. Behind that sits a full sponsorship funnel: a Sponsors overview, a per-team "Sponsor Us" page, and a purpose-built "Become a Sponsor" form that captures business details and a logo upload. It all runs on Vercel.
Outcome
A live custom site where the whole club lives in one place. Every team has its own Spring and Fall schedule, families track the season through GameChanger, and any local business can back the club through a purpose-built online form — the season and the sponsorship pipeline under one roof instead of scattered across tools.

The product, in use.

Scoped, designed, engineered and shipped end-to-end by the people who planned it — the websites and software growing businesses run on.
